Overview
In this role you will support a growing Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure practice in Bristol, handling international transactional work for a cross-border client base. You will contribute to deals spanning renewables, conventional power, mining, and oil & gas, collaborating with a global platform. You’ll work closely with partners and teams to deliver high-quality, commercially minded transactions. Responsibilities
- Execute corporate/M&A transactions in energy, infrastructure and related sectors
- Draft and negotiate deal documents and ancillary agreements
- Perform due diligence and coordinate cross-border matters with international teams
- Support clients including corporates, funds, financial institutions and public sector bodies
- Collaborate within a deal team to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes
- Contribute to business development and sector knowledge sharing
Key requirements
- 1–4 years PQE in transactional corporate work
- Solid experience in corporate/M&A from a national or international practice
- Energy, infrastructure or natural resources exposure is advantageous
- Strong drafting skills and commercial judgement
- Ability to work well in a team and manage deadlines
