Governance & Compliance Officer – Education

INOVA Schools is seeking a Governance Officer to support governance across its schools. The role provides high-quality governance, clerking and administrative support to Local Governing Bodies and governance forums, ensuring processes operate professionally and in line with Trust procedures.

The postholder will be the first point of contact for Governors and school leaders, coordinating meetings and maintaining records, while escalating complex matters to the Director of Governance as needed.
