Farm-Focused Customer Support Specialist

Jonathan Lee Group is seeking a customer-focused agent with a strong agricultural connection to support farmers and help them maximise the platform. Training will be provided and you will work across onboarding, training and customer success.

Ideal candidates will have farming or livestock experience or agricultural studies, plus a can-do attitude and clear communication by phone. Salary £26,000–£28,000 with a bonus up to £7,000 and hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 at home) in Newport.
