Chief Officer, General Cargo Ship — Shipboard Ops & Safety Lead

V.Group is seeking a Chief Officer for a General Cargo Ship (Hiring Office: Ukraine). This contract role is performed shipboard, reporting to the Master and leading the Deck Department in all cargo, ballast, and safety operations.

You will supervise hull and fittings maintenance, maintain crewing records, act as Ship Security Officer, manage environmental protection measures, and ensure lifesaving equipment complies with international regulations.
