YourdutiesasanExportOperationsManagerare:

• Takefullownershipoftheday-to-dayexportoperation
• Managethecompleteexportprocessfromorderreleasethroughtoloadinganddispatch
• Ensureexportordersareaccuratelypicked,packed,checkedanddispatchedwithinagreedshippingdeadlines
• Coordinateexportshipmentsacrossairfreight,seafreightandroadtransport
• Ensureexportpackinglistsareaccurate,completeandfullyreconciledbeforedispatch
• Overseetheaccuratecompletionofexportandcustomsdocumentation
• Monitorexportperformance,productivityandaccuracy
• Lead,motivateanddeveloptheexportloadingteam
• Plandailyworkloadstoensureexportdeadlinesareconsistentlyachieved
• Coach,trainanddevelopteammembers
