Residential Conveyancing Solicitor,CILEX/Licensed Conveyancer

Overview

In this role you will handle a broad range of residential property matters within a reputable Bristol practice. You will manage your own caseload and contribute to the growth of the property team. You will work on sales, purchases, leasehold matters, remortgages, first registrations and transfers of equity from instruction to post-completion. This is an opportunity to develop expertise in conveyancing within a well-regarded firm and collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse residential property caseload from instruction to post-completion
• Handle sales, purchases, leasehold matters, remortgages, first registrations and transfers of equity
• Operate with independence, ensuring timely and accurate file handling
• Support the growth and reputation of the property team within the firm

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor, CILEX or licensed conveyancer
• Around 5 years PQE
• Experience working in a conveyancing team as a fee earner
• Ability to independently manage own caseload
