Responsibilities
- Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Handle freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership matters
- Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the conveyancing process
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents and professionals
- Support junior colleagues and contribute to department growth
Key requirements
- Minimum 3 years PQE (or equivalent) in residential conveyancing
- Ability to independently manage a busy and varied caseload
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
