The role

• Manage residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title
• Prepare and review conveyancing documentation
• Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents and third parties
• Conduct property searches and prepare reports
• Manage transactions from instruction through to completion
• Maintain accurate file management and compliance procedures

About you

• Experience handling residential conveyancing transactions
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Organised and able to manage competing deadlines
• Comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office
• Proactive and collaborative approach
