Residential Management Group (RMG), part of Places for People, is seeking a Property Manager with block/estate management experience to lead a residential portfolio to high standards. You will work from home around East Anglia and Essex, visiting sites regularly and coming to the Hoddesdon office at least once a week.
You will manage budgets, service charges, and client relationships, ensuring compliance with Building Safety regulations and major works processes.
