Client Support Specialist – Hybrid Role

Partnerize is seeking a Customer Support professional to ensure excellent client experiences and help educate customers on using our platform. This hybrid role requires working from our Newcastle office once a week, supporting Partnerize’s clients and partners with timely, accurate responses.

You will manage tickets, follow standard BAU processes, and contribute to a positive customer journey while developing knowledge of the Partnerize platform and services.
