Overview

In this role, you partner with SRTA business stakeholders to translate business needs into practical learning plans. You will guide design and delivery of technical curricula, ensure alignment with the Learning Strategy and CoE, and manage budgets and governance. You’ll lead and influence cross-functional teams, coach senior stakeholders, and champion a blended, agile learning approach. Responsibilities

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with market stakeholders in the offering/competency area
  • Drive learning strategy implementation aligned to business and CoE strategy
  • Lead annual learning needs analysis to identify current and future learning needs
  • Represent learning in management committees and influence the agenda
  • Lead design & delivery projects to deliver innovative, business-aligned solutions within budget/time
  • Represent the business area in projects for business-driven technical curriculum
  • Contribute to annual budget process for the market offering/capability
  • Provide meaningful management information to measure learning effectiveness
  • Maintain relevance of the technical curriculum amid changing business requirements
  • Oversee smooth operation of the technical curriculum with support from the curriculum assistant
  • Support nominations for courses and talent processes
  • Advise on coaching requests ensuring access to development
  • Collaborate and coach to build a high-performing team
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels
  • Support project management principles and governance

Key requirements

  • Professional training / HR development / education qualifications in relevant subject area
  • Manager level experience with core HR competencies and risk exposure
  • Ability to design and facilitate engaging courses and workshops
  • Ability to present complex data to large audiences
  • Strong communication, influencing, coaching and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong financial management and commercial acumen
  • Ability to contribute to L&D and OD strategies with cultural and business implications
  • Ability to translate client needs into realistic, achievable plans with the learning CoE
  • Coaching, collaboration, and independent consultation with senior leaders
  • Proven team leadership and ability to foster a high-performing, collaborative team
