Optics Retail Assistant — Customer Care & Training Path

Boots Opticians is hiring a Retail Assistant to be the friendly first and last point of contact for customers on the shop floor, listening to needs and helping them find eyewear solutions while supporting dispensing tasks.

You’ll develop through our Step Into Optics training, gain hands-on experience with eye tests, pre‑screening, repairs and aftercare, and help maintain high store standards in a welcoming team.
