Shift Supervisor: Lead a Fast-Paced Team, Free Meals

KFC in the United Kingdom is looking for a Team Leader to be on the floor, leading the team, keeping shifts running smoothly, and ensuring every guest leaves happy. You’ll set the pace, raise the energy, and get stuck in to make every shift count.

You’ll lead from the front, coach and support your crew, plan shifts, manage stock, and drive the restaurant to hit targets. We value people who are natural leaders, who stay calm under pressure and bring out the best in others.
