M&A Finance Consultant — FP&A & Deal Modelling (6m, London)

Datacareers is seeking a Finance Consultant to join a major organisation on a 6-month contract in London. You will lead financial modelling and analysis for an live M&A programme, working closely with deal teams and senior stakeholders to produce decision-ready insights under tight deadlines.

The role is hands-on, delivering detailed financial modelling, due diligence support and integration/separation planning. Strong experience in FP&A and M&A is essential.
