Scroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.Cars & Vans Welcome | Regular Routes | £90–£200+ BONUSWe’re growing our parcel delivery operation across Yorkshire and we are l ooking for reliable self-employed drivers who want regular local routes and good earning potential.Whether you’re already an experienced multi-drop driver or you’ve got a car and want to get into delivery work, we’d be interested in hearing from you.What can you earn?We pay 90p per successfully completed parcel, so the more parcels you complete, the more you can earn.100 parcels = £90(+VAT) + Monthly Performance Incentive!140 parcels = £126(+VAT) + Monthly Performance Incentive!180 parcels = £162(+VAT) + Monthly Performance Incentive!200 parcels = £180(+VAT) + Monthly Performance Incentive!220 parcels = £198(+VAT) + Monthly Performance Incentive!Realistic earning potential of £900+ a weekMonthly bonus / Performance opportunities:We also want to reward drivers who consistently do a great job.We’re looking to introduce monthly performance bonuses for drivers who are reliable, look after their parcels and customers, and consistently complete their routes to a high standard.As the operation grows, we want the drivers who help us build it to benefit too.Less travelling before you start deliveringWe want you spending more of your day delivering rather than making unnecessary trips backwards and forwards to the depot.If your allocated delivery area is more than 10 miles from our Barnsley depot, we’ll bring your sorted parcels to an agreed local handover point closer to your route.Meet us there, load your parcels and get straight out delivering.For delivery areas within 10 miles of the depot, routes will be collected directly from our Barnsley site.Compact local routesWe’re aiming to keep routes tight and focused around allocated postcode areas rather than sending you all over Sheffield.If you’re new to multi-drop, that’s not a problem. We’re not expecting someone who has never done this before to suddenly take 200 stops on their first day.We’ll look at your experience, your vehicle and what you’re comfortable with and build from there.Cars and vans welcomeYou don’t necessarily need a van.If you have a suitable car, we can look at routes that work with your vehicle and capacity.
