Learning Support Assistant for SEND & EAL

Outwood Academy Ormesby is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to support teachers with planned activities and to provide essential academic and welfare support to individuals and small groups.

You will assist in monitoring progress, offer constructive feedback, and support students with SEND or EAL, helping develop plans like One Page Profiles and EHCPs. The role includes guarding student wellbeing and assisting in visits and exams.
