Merchant Support Specialist I – Remote & Growth

Payroc is seeking a Specialist I, Merchant Support to join our UK remote contact centre. You will resolve merchant queries, assist with disputes, and provide solutions to maximise revenue potential for merchants and partners.

This role offers opportunities for ongoing learning, collaboration with Technical Support, Fraud and Risk, and other teams, and development of product knowledge across Payroc’s payment solutions.
