Production Support

Overview

In this Production Support role at the Bridgwater site, you will keep the production line supplied with what it needs to run smoothly. You’ll ensure accurate labeling, data recording and adherence to SOPs, while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. You’ll support the production team across shifts and help avert disruptions through proactive communication. Responsibilities

• Pass information to the next shift to ensure continuity
• Print and verify labels for machines used in production halls
• Record data on production and quality sheets
• Follow SOPs for shrink wrapping machines
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and manage waste/obstructions
• Issue pallets/boxes correctly and handle damaged items appropriately
• Complete daily checklists and address issues promptly
• Assist production during breaks and training as needed
• Comply with safety, environmental and quality procedures
• Operate granulating machines and manage waste disposal
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure stock is available for production
• Weigh waste where requested and follow rejection procedures
