Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the non-contentious construction offering
• Advise on a broad range of construction and development matters
• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
• Drive business development and identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice areas
• Support and mentor junior team members

Key requirements

• Significant experience in non-contentious construction law
• Around 8+ years PQE (strong candidates outside range considered)
• Strong client development track record or referrers network
• Excellent technical ability with commercial awareness
• Proven business development skills and growth vision
