Strategic Workforce Transformation Partner – Children’s Services

Sirona care & health in Bristol, North Somerset or South Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced workforce professional to join as a strategic partner to senior leaders. You will help deliver major workforce transformation within Children’s Services, driving service improvement, redesign and organisational development.

You will lead planning, provide strategic advice on change, use data to identify risks, and build relationships with leaders and unions.
