Job Title: Employment Associate- Boutique City law firm Salary: £62,000-£68,000 PQE Level: 2-4 PQE Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: Full-Time Firm: Our client is a boutique City law firm with a strong employment practice.
Role
- Employment tribunal litigation to include unfair dismissal, equal pay claims, whistleblowing
- Senior exec work to include settlement agreements, exists, bonuses/incentives
- Litigation around breach of RCs and confidential information
- Corporate support including TUPE, reorgs, restructuring, mass redundancies
- Workplace investigations

Successful candidate
- 2-4 PQE England & Wales qualified solicitor
- At least 2 years UK employment law experience
- Strong employment tribunal experience
