Critical Care Outreach Nurse – Cross‑Site, 12‑hour Shifts

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a highly motivated nurse with extensive critical care experience to join the Critical Care Outreach Team (CCOT). The post is across Eastbourne District General Hospital and Conquest Hospital, with 12-hour shifts and internal rotation of nights and weekends.

The CCOT provides support to acutely and critically ill patients outside the ICU, works with ward teams, and offers opportunities for education and professional development.
