Housing Services Advisor: Flexible, Customer-Centric Hub

Torus Group is seeking a Customer Hub Advisor for an 18-month fixed term contract. The role is based at the St Helens office and involves handling a wide range of housing service enquiries to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will act as the first point of contact across various channels, taking ownership of issues, advising on services, and guiding customers through rent accounts, repairs and rehousing applications.
