Emergency Department Lead Nurse (Band 6)

Tameside Hospital is seeking an experienced Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse to join the Emergency Department in Ashton-under-Lyne. The post is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover with full-time hours (37.5 per week) and NHS-grade responsibilities focused on clinical leadership and patient flow.

You will coordinate shifts, support junior staff, and lead operational delivery to ensure safe, high-quality emergency care within a busy, modern ED environment.
