Overview
In this role, you will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through completion within a busy regional firm. You’ll handle sales, purchases, remortgages and related matters, reviewing titles, conducting searches, drafting contracts, and liaising with clients to deliver high-quality service. The position offers regional exposure, client relationship building, and opportunities for professional development. You will contribute to the firm’s reputation for client care and efficient conveyancing workflows.

Responsibilities
- Manage own conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Handle freehold/leasehold sales/purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and related matters
- Review title documentation, conduct searches, raise/respond to enquiries
- Draft contracts and oversee transactions through exchange and completion
- Build strong client relationships and provide first-class service
- Collaborate with the property team to ensure smooth case progression
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Ideally 5+ years’ residential conveyancing experience
- Proven ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of Land Registry procedures and lender requirements
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Experience using case management systems would be advantageous
- Proactive and professional approach to managing transactions
- Interest in networking and business development would be beneficial
