Agile Delivery Manager

Overview

In this role you will drive end-to-end delivery of a brand-new e-factoring platform and CRM system for a fintech client. You will partner with Development Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and Technical Operations to ensure timely, high-quality technology deliverables. You’ll manage multiple projects in parallel, maintain delivery plans, and keep stakeholders aligned from inception to BAU. You will operate in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, shaping agile practices and transparent reporting to accelerate value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain delivery plans, aligning commitments and delivery dates across teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide progress updates for multiple parallel projects.
• Motivate development and testing squads and ensure collaboration on key deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure shared objectives and effective planning.
• Execute and maintain project progress using confluence boards and structured meetings.
• Maintain agile boards and velocity metrics with Scrum Masters/Dev leads.

Key requirements

• Experience as a Project Lead or Project Manager
• Background as Project Manager/Scrum Master and ideally Agile coaching
• Project Management / Scrum Master certification
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban and other project execution methodologies
• Experience working with one or multiple teams and parallel projects
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC
• Strong JIRA and Confluence skills
