Overview
As Senior Product Manager you will own a value stream end-to-end, defining strategy and commercial performance across multiple products. You will guide prioritisation, investments and go-to-market activities, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations and Finance. You’ll balance short-term delivery with long-term value, making explicit choices within guardrails. This role sits at the heart of Tes’ product transformation, shaping a significant portion of the business and the EdTech market it serves. You will drive measurable impact for schools and teachers through cross-functional leadership and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities
- Set strategy and commercial ownership for a value stream, linking it to annual objectives
- Own commercial performance metrics (ARR, retention, cost-to-serve) and forecast explanations
- Develop current, segmented user and market insights and keep a live view of competitors
- Frame opportunities across products with explicit criteria and allocate capacity across growth, retention, and platform health
- Define go-to-market plans with Marketing, Sales, and Operations; lead pricing and packaging recommendations
- Lead adoption and post-launch performance, driving optimisation and retirement decisions
- Provide cross-functional leadership with clear outcomes and guardrails; align stakeholders and communicate effectively
Key requirements
- Substantial product management experience in a multi-product SaaS environment
- Track record of owning outcomes across multiple products or teams
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that change business trajectory
- Evidence of decisions under commercial pressure and post-hoc impact analysis
- Knowledge of SaaS business models, recurring revenue, retention and cost-to-serve
- Portfolio prioritisation and capacity allocation
- Product discovery; judging quality of evidence
- Go-to-market across marketing, sales, customer success and operations
- Pricing and packaging; product lifecycle work including migration and retirement
- Ability to set direction under ambiguity and communicate consistently to both squads and executives
