Senior Product Manager

Overview

As Product Manager at R3, you drive delivery and product strategy as we move from invite-only to public launch of institutional-grade RWA yield vaults on Solana. You will shepherd the roadmap, document decisions, and ensure timely execution with a small engineering team within a fast-moving product-focused organization. Early focus is on delivery discipline; later you own product areas such as lending-market and DEX integrations, permissionless vaults, and retail onboarding. You’ll work across curators, custody, oracle, KYC, and fund admin partners to align on-chain and off-chain flows, delivering impact at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the roadmap; prepare meeting agendas and capture a single, shared decision log.
• Manage end-to-end integrations with lending markets and permissioned DEX distribution; draft one-pagers and PRDs; define parameters and push to production.
• Partner with engineering to translate product goals into actionable issues; remove blockers and manage scope to protect deadlines.
• Own partner and curator flows including subscription, settlement, and redemption across on-chain and off-chain processes.
• Lead the delivery of permissionless vaults, retail onboarding, and Earn product workstreams from idea to launch.

Key requirements

• Ownership and startup pace: proactively identify issues beyond own remit and flag problems early.
• Web3 fluency: understanding of lending markets, collateral, LTV, liquidation, vaults, and stablecoin yield for credible discussions with protocol teams.
• 5+ years in product or technical program management, with 2+ years delivering on-chain products to mainnet in a crypto-native team.
• Engineering credibility: ability to work with Rust and Solana engineers; translate product ideas into actionable issues independently.
• Comfort with regulated constraints: regular exposure to KYC/KYB, jurisdiction gating, and legal reviews.
