Procurement Manager – French speaking

A luxury international hospitality group is seeking a French speaking Procurement Manager to support its European operations, working closely with the Procurement Director (Paris) and local teams.

The Procurement Manager will lead end-to-end purchasing for hotels and serviced residences, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, supplier performance, and continuity of supply.

ROLE of the Procurement Manager:

n

• Drive purchasing strategy, cost savings & commercial performance

n

• Manage tenders (RFQs/RFPs), supplier selection & contract negotiations

n

• Oversee supplier performance, KPIs & risk management

n

• Ensure compliance, sustainability & procurement best practice

n

• Partner with stakeholders to forecast demand & support operations

n

n

n

PROFILE:

n

n
• Fluent in French & English

n

• Educated to degree level

n

• 8–10 years’ procurement experience (end-to-end sourcing)

n

• Strong negotiation & supplier management skills

n

• Hospitality experience a plus

n

• CIPS or similar qualification preferred

n
