Procurement Manager – Marketing
Central London | Hybrid (3 days in the office)
Up to £55,000 + £4,100 Car Allowance + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Talent Drive are partnering exclusively with a leading UK retail organisation to recruit a Procurement Manager – Marketing, supporting a diverse portfolio of marketing spend and working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives.
This role offers genuine exposure to senior stakeholders, high-profile procurement projects and the chance to make a visible commercial impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing end to end procurement activity across Marketing and related indirect spend categories.
- Developing sourcing strategies that deliver value, innovation and strong supplier partnerships.
- Leading supplier negotiations, contract management and performance reviews.
- Building trusted relationships with key internal stakeholders to influence procurement decisions.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service delivery.
We’re looking for:
- Procurement experience at Category Manager or Procurement Manager level.
- Ideally experience across Marketing, Media, Creative Agencies, Print, Digital Marketing or Professional Services.
- Alternatively, a strong indirect procurement background with excellent sourcing capability.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
