Graduate Geotechnical Engineer — Hybrid Training Programme

WSP in the UK & Ireland is recruiting a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer in the UK & Ireland to begin September 2027. You’ll help us understand ground conditions and influence major civil projects through site investigations, data interpretation, reporting and design support.

You’ll join a two-year Graduate Development Programme with mentoring, structured learning and hands-on project experience, supported by a diverse, inclusive team across the UK and Ireland.
