Skills Project Manager – Lead Regional Skills Delivery

North East Combined Authority is seeking a dynamic Skills Project Manager to join the Skills Programme and Delivery Team on a fixed-term basis for up to 12 months. You will lead a portfolio of projects that support adult skills across the North East, coordinating partners and delivering outcomes on time and within budget.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, communications and organisational skills, plus experience in the public sector or education field.
