Overview
In this role you support HR transformation initiatives for major client programmes in the Private sector, shaping workforce strategies and HR operating models. You will work within Deloitte’s Human Capital team to deliver high-impact engagements and develop new offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll apply AI-enabled approaches to HR design, analytics and delivery, driving improvements in employee experience and efficiency. The opportunity combines strategic advisory with hands-on delivery, helping clients adapt to the future of work. You will grow your consulting impact while mentoring junior colleagues and expanding Deloitte’s HR Transformation footprint.

Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to HR consulting workstreams (HR vision/strategy, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR process design)
- Apply AI-enabled approaches to HR transformation, automation, and workforce analytics
- Design and deliver HR interventions (talent, learning, reward, employee experience) with AI-powered tooling
- Use generative AI and data tools to enhance productivity and project delivery
- Plan and shape major HR programmes using diagnostics, benchmarks, and capability assessments
- Monitor and report project risks and opportunities including adoption and data quality considerations
- Foster relationships across Consulting and other service lines (digital, analytics, workforce transformation)
- Participate in pre-sales, bids, and proposition development including AI-related HR offerings
Key requirements
- Experience in HR transformation, Operating Model development, organisation design, or related HR areas
- Understanding of how technology and automation reshape work and HR services
- Awareness of HR market trends and AI capabilities in HR
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience delivering large programmes including planning, analysis, governance
- Stakeholder management across diverse client scenarios, with consideration of AI implications
- Ability to support junior colleagues and develop AI literacy and digital skills
- Interest in using AI to enhance productivity and client deliverables
- Risk management awareness across people, processes, systems and change
- Experience supporting account development and relationship building for HR Transformation
