Boutique Events & Groups Coordinator

The Londoner in London is seeking an Events and Groups Planning Executive to support the Sales team and coordinate group conversions. You will work with all departments to ensure bespoke service, promote hotel amenities, and manage group resumes with accurate information.

Role requires experience in similar roles, strong customer service and English, plus proficient use of IT tools including EHL Apps, Microsoft Office, Touchpoint, Delphi and Opera PMS. Excellent telephone etiquette is essential.
