Analyst, Investment Operations

Overview

As an Operations Associate in the Systematic Credit Operations Team, you will support a broad set of workflow tasks, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, and help drive best-practice processes and oversight. Your role integrates with Portfolio Management and Engineering to ensure smooth trade life cycles, reconciliations, and risk controls for fixed income products. You will contribute to a collaborative, inclusive culture while operating in a high-performance environment. This position offers the chance to shape middle-office oversight in a growing asset management setting.

Responsibilities

• Support a broad range of operations tasks and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
• Contribute to best practice ideas, processes, and oversight within Operations
• Work on outsourced middle office processes and oversight
• Engage with Portfolio Management and Engineering to align on trade-related activities
• Oversee trade life cycle, reconciliations, corporate actions, and collateral management
• Assist in P&L and NAV review and oversight
• Maintain effective communication with external providers and internal stakeholders

Key requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience (ideally in an Investment Banking team)
• Experience with fixed income products (bonds, convertible bonds, CDS, FX, futures, IR swaps)
• Trade life cycle and trade settlement
• Reconciliations
• Corporate actions
• Collateral management
• Oversight of outsourced providers
• P&L and NAV review and oversight
