Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team of Area Managers at a Northampton site. You will design and execute the operational plan to meet safety, quality and productivity targets while coaching managers and improving site performance.
You will analyse shift performance, partner with HR, Finance and Health & Safety, and implement initiatives to raise efficiency and customer fulfilment. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and Six Sigma/Lean experience.
