Project Director

Overview

In this role you will lead the delivery of 2–3 concurrent commercial fit-out projects, overseeing a 25m portfolio. You will drive project teams to deliver safely, on time and to high standards, while managing senior client, consultant and subcontractor relationships. You’ll own programme, commercial performance, procurement, risk and quality, guiding projects from pre-construction through handover. Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of 2–3 concurrent commercial fit out projects
• Oversee a combined project value of approximately 25m
• Lead project teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard
• Manage client, consultant and subcontractor relationships at a senior level
• Take ownership of programme, commercial performance, procurement, risk and quality
• Provide leadership and direction across multiple project teams
• Drive projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
• Support the wider business with client relationships, pre-construction and future opportunities

Key requirements

• Strong background in London commercial office fit out
• Proven experience delivering Cat A and Cat B projects
• Ideally experienced leading projects up to 20m – 30m+
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent client-facing skills
• Confident leader with the ability to manage and develop project teams
• Ambitious Senior PMs with the capability to step up to PD level are encouraged to apply
