Overview

As a Solutions Analyst III in Payments Technology – UAT, you will lead test management for cross-functional initiatives and drive the rollout of automated testing solutions. You’ll guide E2E/UAT testing delivery, coordinate with Operations, Product, and Technology, and ensure timely, high-quality release readiness. This role shapes testing strategy and leverages automation to improve delivery velocity in a payments context. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to align scope, risks, and timelines while elevating testing standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day E2E/UAT test team delivery with supervision, allocation, issue resolution, and reporting
  • Provide accurate test effort estimates and status updates in daily Scrum
  • Plan and manage testing requirements aligned to the E2E strategy (data, environments, defects, automation)
  • Facilitate daily Scrum and deputize for the Program Test Manager in Delivery Working Group meetings
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across scope, readiness, constraints, and timelines during E2E execution
  • Identify and drive test automation opportunities and testing synergies across the project
  • Maintain a knowledge audit/matrix, identify skill gaps, and coordinate upskilling
  • Escalate risks/issues and communicate impacts to testing plans and timelines
  • Create, document, and execute test scenarios and scripts using BDD (Gherkin)
  • Partner with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to enable delivery outcomes
  • Monitor and manage defects through triage, re-test, closure, and readiness sign-off
  • Develop and maintain scalable testing approaches and documentation
  • Support automated testing solution rollout and cross-team collaboration

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Hands-on experience with automated test frameworks using Cucumber/Gherkin and Python
  • Functional knowledge of the Payments domain and end-to-end testing lifecycle
  • Experience with test automation tools enabling efficient E2E execution
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage priorities independently
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking with attention to detail
