Deputy Support Manager — Lead Teams & Person-Centred Care

Thera East Midlands is seeking a Deputy Support Manager to assist the Support Manager in leading teams and delivering person-centered support that meets regulatory, contractual, and organisational requirements.

You will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, and design support plans while managing rotas, records, and audits. You will deputise for the Support Manager and promote empowerment, inclusion, and independence across services.
