Overview

As Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner for EMEA, you lead strategic, hands-on technical hiring across multiple markets to build Flywire’s high-growth engineering, data, and security teams. You collaborate with leaders to design role profiles, market-entry plans, and rigorous interview processes in a regulated fintech environment. You leverage AI-enabled recruiting workflows to improve research, outreach, and efficiency while preserving a human candidate experience. You’ll operate across London, Cluj, Lithuania, Tel Aviv, Valencia, and other hubs to fuel Flywire’s global platform impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle technical recruiting in EMEA, from intake to closing.
  • Partner with leaders to define role profiles and hiring plans for software engineering, data, AI, security, and product roles.
  • Develop market-specific sourcing strategies for target locations and balance compensation dynamics with candidate motivations.
  • Use AI-enabled workflows to improve talent research, outreach, pipeline management, and efficiency while protecting candidate trust.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience with clear communication and authentic Flywire storytelling.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate data in Flywire’s ATS and recruiting tools.
  • Provide market intelligence and hiring recommendations to leaders to prevent blockers.
  • Raise interview quality through calibration, structured evaluation, and equitable selection practices.
  • Represent Flywire within the EMEA tech community and build long-term candidate networks.

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition with strong technical hiring in high-growth tech, SaaS, fintech, payments, or related regulated environments.
  • Experience hiring across multiple EMEA markets; UK plus Romania, Lithuania, Israel, or Spain preferred.
  • Proven ability to recruit for fintech, payments, banking tech, financial infrastructure, risk/compliance roles.
  • Track record of sourcing across software engineering, platform, data, AI, security, product, and technical leadership roles.
  • AI-native recruiting mindset with practical use of AI tools while ensuring privacy, data quality, and mitigation of bias.
  • Excellent sourcing, stakeholder management, and assessment skills with ability to engage hard-to-reach talent.
  • Strong consultative presence, data-driven decision-making, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence tools, and recruiting analytics; strong English and cross-cultural awareness.
