Senior Deals Tax Manager – Energy & Infrastructure

Taxation is seeking a Deals Tax Manager / Senior Manager for Energy & Infrastructure to work on some of the UK’s most significant infrastructure, energy and renewables transactions. You will help clients structure acquisitions, disposals and investments while managing tax risk alongside M&A and corporate finance specialists.

UK tax knowledge is essential. ACA and/or CTA qualified (or overseas equivalent) is preferred, with strong experience in transaction tax and deal advisory.
