Senior DA Claims Analyst

Overview

In this role you will oversee delegated authority claims processes within a Lloyd’s Syndicate, focusing on due diligence, audits, and governance of DA agreements. You will monitor SLAs, review loss funds, and support DCA management. Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence and audits related to delegated authority claims
• Manage delegated authority agreements/contracts and related governance
• Monitor and report on service level agreements (SLAs)
• oversee loss funds and associated controls
• Support DCA management and process improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align DA processes with regulatory and business goals

Key requirements

• Senior DA claims analyst experience or equivalent in claims operations
• Strong DCA management experience
• Experience with due diligence, audits, and governance of delegated authority
