Housing & Support Worker – Homelessness Impact

Single Homeless Project (SHP) and Islington Council are delivering St. John’s Mansions, a new supported housing service in Islington, offering 19 self-contained studios with high-intensity, person-centred support.

You’ll hold a caseload and work with partner agencies to provide trauma-informed, strengths-based support, helping residents build independence and move on to stable housing within up to 24 months.
