Guest Services Associate – Ground Floor, 16hrs

Premier Inn in Llantrisant is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member on a 16-hour-per-week schedule. The role is a fixed-term contract through 31/12/2026, with shifts including evenings and weekends. Pay is up to £13.06 per hour, and you’ll help guests from arrival to departure, handling check-ins, meals, and guest queries.

No hotel experience is required; friendly and calm staff who enjoy helping people will fit in well. Training is provided and the team supports each other daily.
