Overview

In this role you will act as the primary commercial contracts partner to the Sales team, guiding contract decisions to support growth while guarding business objectives. You will manage the full contract lifecycle, negotiate terms, and improve contracting processes across Legal, Finance, Sales and leadership. This position emphasizes practical commercial judgment, risk awareness, and collaboration to streamline operations. You will influence commercial decisions, support tender activities, and help scale governance as the business expands.

Responsibilities

  • Review and report on standard sales contracts aligned to templates and processes
  • Manage NDAs, promote standard templates, review and report on third-party NDAs, and track renewal dates
  • Negotiate amendments, extensions, variations, and customer correspondence using approved templates
  • Support Sales during contract negotiations and attend customer meetings when needed
  • Advise on contract structure and content with a pragmatic commercial approach
  • Ensure compliance with DoA and governance processes; prepare CRA submissions
  • Oversee full contract lifecycle: execution, renewals, amendments, and record keeping
  • Support Channel Partner management, due diligence, approvals, and agreements
  • Assist during tender processes focusing on risk and escalation; prepare vendor documentation for ESPDs and new customers
  • Develop and manage onboarding processes with finance for background and credit checks
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to meet commercial objectives; coordinate with regional legal teams

Key requirements

  • Bachelor
  • 3+ years’ experience drafting and evaluating contractual documents
  • Experience working with an in‑house legal function
  • Exposure to regulated, international or technology‑led environments
  • Commercially pragmatic with strong risk awareness
  • Able to operate within governance and approval frameworks
  • Capable of managing high‑volume, fast‑moving work independently
