Overview

In this role you will advance Operational Resilience for JPM’s Commercial & Investment Bank by aligning resilience strategy with regulatory expectations. You will work with senior management across lines of defense to oversee risk-compliant resilience capabilities and engaging diverse groups to drive cross-functional change. Your work focuses on data-driven analysis, regulatory alignment, and gap assessments that shape the resilience program. This position offers an opportunity to influence governance outcomes and strengthen global resilience across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Operational Resilience self-assessment reporting across multiple jurisdictions in response to regulatory appetite and requirements
  • Perform data analysis and visualize Operational Resilience metrics
  • Become the subject matter expert for global Business Resilience regulations, best practices & guidelines
  • Conduct formal gap analyses of new resilience requirements against JPM policies and procedures to define change actions
  • Drive resilience projects and change initiatives across multiple disciplines (Legal Entity Controllers, Business Managers, Compliance, Product, Operations, Risk, Technology)
  • Support regulatory examinations and information requests, plus internal reviews and audits relating to the Business Resilience framework
