Overview

As Employee Relations Partner – EMEA, you will lead regional work environment investigations and advise HR teams and leaders to uphold strong, compliant people practices. You will shape ER processes, provide coaching on performance and conflict resolution, and partner with Legal and HR functions to ensure legal and policy alignment. You’ll analyze ER trends to proactively address root causes and support organizational change where needed. This role offers the chance to influence a global, cross-functional ER agenda and harmonize policies across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end work environment investigations from intake to resolution for the EMEA region, including interviews, document review, fact-finding, and outcome determination
  • Prepare and deliver investigation findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to stakeholders
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence to laws and policies
  • Develop and implement Employee Relations processes, programs and policies to foster a positive work culture
  • Provide coaching to HR teams, people leaders and employees on performance management, conflict resolution, and ER topics
  • Collaborate with Talent Enablement, Total Rewards, and People Operations to apply a systemic ER approach
  • Utilize data to monitor ER trends and provide insights to leadership to prevent recurrence
  • Design and deliver ER training and education to stakeholders
  • Evaluate regional opportunities for policy harmonization and support enterprise projects related to ER
  • Support organizational change initiatives requiring ER expertise
  • Stay updated on best practices and emerging ER issues

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Progressive HR experience with focus on Employee Relations and complex investigations
  • Experience with global organizations and knowledge of EMEA employment laws across multiple jurisdictions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • High ethics, professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment in sensitive situations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Proficient in HR and Case Management systems
  • Professional Certification in HR or Employee Relations preferred (e.g., CIPD, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CEI)
