Overview

In this role, you will shape and lead the Employee Dining strategy for the EMEA region within Amenity Services, driving innovation, service excellence, and operational performance. You will partner with stakeholders and vendors to bring new dining concepts to life, informed by market insights and customer needs. Your work supports improved employee experience, engagement, and business outcomes through strategic planning and seamless execution. This position offers impact across locations, renovations, and program transformations that elevate workplace dining.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Employee Dining strategy and roadmap for the region
  • Develop and maintain dining brand standards and service models
  • Act as SME for café, retail, coffee, and dining programs
  • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deploy innovative dining concepts
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategy
  • Support design and delivery of new dining locations and renovations
  • Manage vendor performance including contracts, audits, and reviews
  • Track utilization and metrics to assess program effectiveness
  • Prepare business cases and recommendations for strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure consistent service excellence
  • Lead training and change management for new programs and services

Key requirements

  • Experience managing dining, food service, hospitality, or retail programs
  • Knowledge of food, beverage, coffee, and retail industry trends
  • Experience developing and implementing service strategies and operating standards
  • Experience managing external vendor relationships and contract performance
  • Ability to analyze operational and financial data for decisions
