Air Conditioning Service Engineer

Overview

In this field-based role you will service, diagnose and repair commercial and domestic air conditioning and ventilation systems, covering Northampton, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. You will work as part of the Service & Maintenance team to uphold high service standards and deliver planned and reactive maintenance. The role offers ongoing training and career development, with a clear impact on equipment uptime and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose and repair split, multi-split and VRF systems on-site
• Carry out fault-finding, diagnostics and quoted repairs
• Complete digital service reports and documentation accurately
• Maintain high standards of customer service during field visits
• Support planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across commercial and domestic systems

Key requirements

• F-Gas certification (City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience servicing and maintaining split, multi-split and VRF systems
• Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
• Ability to complete digital service reports and documentation accurately
• Right to work in the UK
