Bristol City Council is seeking a Full Time Family Support Worker for the Disabled Children Service, based at Floor 7, BBond, Smeaton Road, Bristol. You will work with disabled children, young people and families to provide practical and emotional support, including visits, assessments and reviews with the social care team.
You will use Signs of Safety, systemic and relationship-based practice to improve outcomes, aligned with statutory timescales.
